I started photography the day I picked up a camera to document my newborn son’s early life. What began as a way to hold onto those moments became a way to pay closer attention to people, places, and the things that might otherwise pass unnoticed.

I’m drawn to people and the worlds they move through.

I’m interested in the human story. The things that tell us who someone is. How people work, what they make, the spaces they occupy, the people around them, what they value, and the moments that happen in between. The life artifacts.

Photography gives me a reason to be curious. To meet people I might not otherwise meet, step into worlds I might not otherwise see, and leave with a little more understanding and compassion. Whether I’m photographing an athlete, artist, family, a workplace, or a community, that curiosity stays the same.

WORKING APPROACH

Years spent working across commercial productions, both as a photographer and as a digital tech, have shaped how I work on set. I understand the larger production around the photograph and how stills fit within it, from crew, talent, and schedule to agency, motion, post, and delivery.

I’m comfortable stepping into an established agency or production company workflow, or helping assemble the crew and resources an assignment requires. Based in Phoenix, with deep experience working throughout Arizona, I have a strong network of local crew and production resources, plus firsthand knowledge of photographing across the state.

I also co-own Blok Photo Studio and Litebox Creative, providing direct access to studio space, equipment, and additional production infrastructure in Phoenix.
